DBI - The Danish Institute of Fire and Security Technology is Denmark’s accredited testing institute with many years of experience in conducting fire tests of building materials and structures.

Our fire safety experts work closely with clients such as material manufacturers, consultants, and fire engineers–both in Denmark and internationally. We develop new technological knowledge through research within the maritime, energy and building sectors. With nearly 400 experts working in various areas related to fire safety and security, we have a strong foundation and know-how, that can help clients with a wide range of fire-related tasks.
