The purpose of the event is to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the current safety conditions associated with the introduction of green fuels on ships, as well as the related challenges and solutions. Attendees will be introduced to future technologies in detection, fire extinguishing, and prevention.
This event is a crucial step towards industry-wide collaboration, as no single entity can tackle these challenges alone. The goal is to ensure that fire safety does not become a barrier to the green transition. We will also focus on how best to verify and document fire safety solutions, and which tests are relevant both now and in the future

The Maritime Day will feature exciting presentations, a workshop, panel discussion, and a demonstration of our testing facilities. DBI will provide lunch and light refreshments.
